Privacy Policy

Last updated: 08.31.26

At Luthor, we respect your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Luthor, Inc. (“Luthor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals (“you” or “users”) who interact with our website, platforms, and services (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and other relevant data protection laws.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information Provided Through the Services: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register to the Services and create an account, such as your full name, email address, password, domain of activity and jurisdiction, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect the contact and billing information of our customers. If you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing, and promotional information from us, we will process your email address for sending such information.

Information Provided Through the Website: When you use the Website, we collect and process your full name, email address, title, company name, industry, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, and curriculum vitae (CV), when you interact with the Website, for example, by filling in your details on the “Contact Us” form, requesting a demo, or submitting a career application.

Information Automatically Collected: We automatically collect certain information through your use of our Services and Website, such as cookies, pixels, tracking technologies, traffic data, IP address, browser type and language, geo-location information, hardware type, operating system, internet service provider, session durations, pages viewed, and other user actions.

Information from Other Sources: We obtain information from publicly or commercially available sources, third-party data platforms, partners, and service providers.

Information You Provide to Us in Person: When you visit our exhibition booths or attend events, we collect your contact details to respond to inquiries and provide additional information.

Information from Online Interactions: We collect information from interactions such as webinars, social media contacts, or business communications, including full name, email address, messages, and other voluntarily provided information.

2. Purposes for Processing Information

We process personal information for:

  • Service Provision: Account creation, service delivery, support, personalization, and administration.
  • Website Usage: Handling demo requests, communications, website analytics, and customization.
  • Administrative Purposes: Customer support, internal quality control, establishing business relationships, and protecting rights.
  • Marketing: Tailored offers, targeted advertising, market research, and new product development.
  • Security and Compliance: Fraud prevention, audits, error identification, legal compliance, investigations, and legal claims defense.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, tags, and similar technologies to remember your privacy choices, operate our Website, and understand how visitors use it. Our consent manager, c15t, stores a strictly necessary consent record in your browser. That record includes your selected categories, the time of your choice, and a browser-specific subject identifier. In our current browser-only configuration, c15t does not send that consent record to c15t or its hosted service.

We use the following analytics providers on the Website:

  • Google Analytics: We use two Google Analytics properties to measure page visits and interactions. Google’s tag loads with Analytics storage denied before you make a choice. In that state, Google states that it does not read or write Analytics cookies, but it may receive cookieless consent and measurement signals such as a timestamp, user agent, referrer, page URL, consent state, and a random number. If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies and collect additional usage information.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics: Cookieless website analytics that loads only after you accept Analytics.
  • VisitorTracking: Website visitor analytics that loads only after you accept Analytics.
  • Mesh Analytics: Session and form-interaction analytics that loads only after you accept Analytics. We configure this service not to use device fingerprinting.

You can accept, reject, or customize Analytics through our consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Privacy Settings” link in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent reloads the page so that previously loaded optional analytics scripts do not continue running. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent you from using the Website.

Where applicable, we recognize Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals as a request to opt out of Analytics and marketing technologies. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although browser controls may not affect cookieless technologies.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers performing business functions on our behalf.
  • Affiliates and business partners.
  • Authorities in response to legal requirements.
  • Parties involved in business transactions such as mergers or asset sales.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include certain disclosures to analytics or advertising providers. Where those definitions apply, you may opt out through our Privacy Settings, a recognized GPC signal, or by contacting us.

5. International Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred internationally, including to the United States. Appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented to protect data during such transfers.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as necessary for business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. Sensitive and private data exchange between our Services and users happens over SSL-secured communication channels and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to:

  • Access your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccuracies.
  • Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent.

California residents specifically have the right to:

  • Know categories and specific personal information collected.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information, where applicable.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and certain targeted advertising.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@luthor.ai.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about minors under 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not provide any personal information without the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. Should we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor in violation of applicable privacy laws, we will promptly delete such information. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@luthor.ai.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which our Website links.
